Dr Sabine Wardle

Sabine has an interdisciplinary approach to social justice in public libraries. Her interest includes equity and access to information and education for marginalised population groups in regional and rural areas. The scope of her research extends to the role of social workers in public libraries. Her recent research projects relate to social workers’ role in public libraries and embracing the cultural identity of burgeoning ethnic groups in regional public libraries. Sabine has a cross academic background (English literature and social work). She is a translator, accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI).
